Motility Activator is a combination of ginger and artichoke leaf extract delivered at a clinically proven dose to restore intestinal motility. This distinctive blend of bioactives works as a pro-kinetic and promotes contractions in the migrating motor complex, helping to restore proper motility, which ensures the steady flow of food particles and bacteria through the small intestine. In addition, it provides support for improved digestion and relief from gas, bloating and associated GI discomfort.
Promoting motility in the small intestine is an important part of treating Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), as well as preventing a relapse. It also helps with IBS, bloating, and Constipation.
Essential Magnesium works as an osmotic laxative and pulls water into the colon to keep the bowels regular. It does not, however, promote motility in the small intestine. That's why the addition of Motility Activator makes a huge difference in treating SIBO as well as bloating and constipation.

I’ve suffered from aggressive histamine intolerance for years both food based and environmental and have taken Zyrtec daily and explored different elimination diets.
