Refund policy

All sales are final.  We do not offer exchanges or refunds.

We encourage you to follow the tracking of your package to ensure delivery.  If a package is lost, but tracking shows it was delivered to your address, it will be your responsibility to submit a claim with the USPS or UPS.  We do not offer refunds for lost packages that appear delivered based on tracking information.
