I take berberine with every meal. I alternate between the oregano oil and the alicylin with each meal. The oregano seems to constipate me more but it's hard to tell because berberine is constipating. Right now I am counteracting it with caffeine after breakfast and melatonin at bedtime as I do not want to take drugs or laxatives. I am finding my own path because my gastroenterologist doesn't seem to know what to do. I'm grateful that I have these options. Maybe this stuff won't constipate you. I'm sure everybody is different and maybe you can eat a wider variety of foods than I can. I can only eat strawberries and broccoli and only once a day the rest is all protein and low FODMAP carbohydrates. I can't eat large meals either.

Multi Advantages

It aids in helping me sleep and also helps keep me regular. The key here is that not everyone gets the same results because our bodies all respond differently; sometimes the results vary. For instance, it depends on your diet and your activity level.
