I have only been taking 2 weeks, but I am starting to see a change for the better

I just started taking this supplement and am taking one at bedtime to start. I’m sometimes sensitive to new supplements. Will be increasing dosage to 3 capsules over the weekend.
I will know better after I’m on full dosage how the product is working. So far so good!

I really enjoy this product, it one the best magnesium product I have ever taken, I will be purchasing soon again.

I was dealing with a lot of inflammation on top of everything else going on in my gut. As soon as I started taking the spore probiotic I started feeling a lot of that inflammation start calming down. Now about 2 months in the inflammation is gone. I plan to continue taking this long after my sibo is gone.

I have taken these for several months and noticed improved digestion overall. They are easy to take and superior to similar enzymes I have tried. No side effects at all with these. I have a sensitive stomach and have not had issues taking these enzymes after meals. Even when I have a greasy or unhealthy meal from time to time, these enzymes really seem to help diminish symptoms like belching and bloating. I used to have both constantly, but not since taking these. I stopped them because I ran out of them while traveling and noticed my digestion worsened. I purchased these enzymes again as soon as possible after arriving home. I also appreciate the educational videos provided by Dr. Rajsree on Youtube.

Started putting extra Vitamin D3 with K2 into my routine due to having celiac and needing extra calicum and Vitamin D for nutrition. This supplement is perfect as all supplementer from OC Integrative Medicine are GF. My markers on my last test showed great improvement on my Vitamin D markers.
