FAQ

What are the benefits of Allicidin?
Allicidin has the antimicrobial properties of garlic and is used to clean up the gut microbiome in Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), Small Intestine Fungal Overgrowth (SIFO), Intestinal Methanogen Overgrowth (IMO), dysbiosis, Candida (yeast) overgrowth, and as part of the H. pylori herbal protocol. It has specific antimicrobial action against Methanobrevibacter smithii, the archaea that causes IMO (previously known as methane SIBO). Allicidin is also beneficial for sinuses and can help with mild sinus infections.
What is the recommended dose?
For SIBO and IMO, take 1 capsule after every meal (2–3 times a day) for 4 weeks to 3 months. For sinus inflammation, take 1 capsule after a meal twice a day for 2–4 weeks.
Should Allicidin be taken with other herbs?
Yes. Allicidin is typically paired with Oregano Oil and Berberine Pro to support clearing gut and sinus infections. It is also used with Pylori Plus and Oregano Oil in H. pylori herbal protocols.
When should I take it?
Allicidin should be taken after food.
How long can I take Allicidin for?
For gut healing, Allicidin can be taken for 4 weeks to 3 months. After that, take a break and observe symptoms to determine if another round is needed.
Are there any side effects that I should be aware of when taking Allicidin?
Some people tolerate Allicidin very well with no side effects, while others may be more sensitive to its strong garlic smell. It may cause breath or body odor to smell like garlic. Allicidin can also trigger mild “die-off” symptoms such as nausea, headache, fatigue, and loose stools as it clears bacteria. To ease these effects, sip water with 2 drops of food-grade peppermint oil or use essential oils for odor. Reducing the dose may also help.
What allergens are in Allicidin?
Allicidin is free of gluten, dairy, and soy. The capsule is made of bovine gelatin.
Who should avoid taking Allicidin?
All herbal supplements, including Allicidin, should be avoided during pregnancy and lactation.

Works for SIBO!

After a month of Dr. Rajsree’s SIBO protocol, it stabilized my bowel movements. Prior to taking it I fluctuated between constipation and diarrhea.. I also had white blotches on my tongue for years. They have disappeared, so now my tongue looks normal and healthy.
