FAQ

What are the benefits of Oregano Oil?
Oregano Oil has natural anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. It can be used to clean up the gut microbiome in Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), Small Intestine Fungal Overgrowth (SIFO), dysbiosis, Candida (yeast) overgrowth, and as part of the H. pylori herbal protocol. It is also helpful for sinuses and can treat mild sinus infections. Oregano Oil may help in treating and preventing upper respiratory infections. It may also support clearing acne, as the skin microbiome often reflects the gut microbiome.
What is the recommended dose?
For SIBO and SIFO, take 1 capsule after every meal (2–3 times a day) for 4 weeks to 3 months. For dysbiosis, take 1 capsule after a meal twice a day for 6–8 weeks. For sinus inflammation, take 1 capsule after a meal twice a day for 2–4 weeks or as needed. To prevent colds and upper respiratory infections, take 1 capsule per day.
Should Oregano Oil be taken with other herbs?
Oregano Oil is often paired with Berberine Pro and sometimes Allicidin (for methane SIBO) to clear gut and sinus infections. It is also combined with Pylori Plus and Allicidin for the H. pylori herbal protocol.
When should I take Oregano Oil?
Oregano Oil is best taken after food.
How long can I take Oregano Oil for?
For gut healing, Oregano Oil can be taken for 4 weeks to 3 months. After that, you can take a break and observe your symptoms to determine if another course of treatment is needed.
Are there any side effects that I should be aware of when taking Oregano Oil?
Oregano Oil is generally well tolerated. Some people report burping up an oregano taste; if that happens, taking it with Digestive Enzyme Pro may help. Adding Betaine and Pepsin may also reduce this effect. If loose stools occur, reduce the dose.
Who should avoid taking Oregano Oil?
Herbal products, including Oregano Oil, should be avoided during pregnancy and lactation.
What allergens are in Oregano Oil?
Oregano Oil is free of gluten, dairy, and soy. The capsule is made of bovine gelatin.

Helping my gut

I've been taking this for almost a month now and my poops are better, my energy level is higher, I feel great all day and sleep better at night. I can feel my digestive system working! If that makes any sense!

SIBO rescue

If you have SIBO, this is the most effective treatment I’ve tried and even worked better than Xifaxan, which I took twice before with little relief. Dr. Rajsree’s protocol was the first to truly resolve my bloating and constipation!

Sinuses cleared

I’ve always struggled with sinus congestion, but since I started using oregano oil, I can finally breathe easy again. It really cleared up my sinuses, and I didn’t expect it to work so well. Now, anytime I feel a bit stuffed up, I reach for it. Works like a charm!
