Hi Friends,
As some of you know, in July, I traveled to Boston for the incredible privilege and honor of filming a podcast episode with the one and only Mel Robbins!
After watching her podcast for years, it was surreal to suddenly be sitting across from her as a guest myself. Her team of more than 30 people welcomed me with a standing ovation when I arrived! And while the final episode you’ll see is 1 hour and 15 minutes, Mel and I actually talked for well over two hours!
Speaking with Mel about all the topics I’m deeply passionate about—from SIBO and leaky gut to food, gut healing, and so much more—was a dream come true. Having the opportunity to share this message on her platform and reach millions of people was an extraordinary blessing.
This was also the very first time I introduced the Gut Garden—my way of explaining the gut, and the core theme of the book I’ve been working on, coming out in 2028.
I won’t say any more... I’ll leave the conversation for you to watch or listen to at your convenience. If you can, I’d encourage you to watch it, because we had some fun props and visuals you might otherwise miss!

I hope you enjoy our conversation! I think you can tell from the pictures below that the energy was magical. It truly was an experience of a lifetime.

Here I am with Mel and her incredible video crew at the end of our recording—with the rest of her team in front of us giving another standing ovation!

Here are some of my favorite gut-healing supplements we discussed during the interview.

Please share this interview with your friends and family! I truly hope it reaches every corner of the world and helps people who are suffering with gut issues.
Wishing you a beautiful week filled with nourishing meals and a happy gut! 🧡
Warmly,

My husband and son were a big support on this trip and got to watch the recording live from a separate room behind the scenes. My son even gave Mel a few pitching tips since she was preparing to throw out the first pitch at Fenway Park—and she absolutely nailed it on August 25!
