FAQ

What are the benefits of Oregano Oil?
Oregano Oil has natural anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. We can use it to “clean up” the gut microbiome in Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), Small Intestine Fungal Overgrowth (SIFO), Dysbiosis, Candida (yeast) overgrowth, and as part of the H. pylori herbal protocol. Oregano Oil is also great for sinuses and can help treat mild sinus infections. Oregano Oil can help in treating and preventing upper respiratory infections. It may also help in clearing acne since the skin microbiome often reflects the gut microbiome.
What is the recommended dose?
For SIBO and SIFO, the recommended dose is 1 capsule after every meal (2-3 times a day) for 4 weeks to 3 months. For Dysbiosis, the recommended dose is 1 capsule after a meal twice a day for 6-8 weeks. For sinus inflammation, the recommended dose is 1 capsule after a meal twice a day for 2-4 weeks or as needed. For preventing colds and upper respiratory infection, it can be taken at a preventative dose of 1 capsule per day.
Should Oregano Oil be taken with other herbs?
Oregano Oil is generally paired with Berberine Pro, and sometimes Allicidin (for methane SIBO) to clear gut and sinus infections. It is also paired with Pylori Plus and Allicidin for the H. pylori herbal protocol.
When should I take Oregano Oil?
Oregano Oil is best taken after food.
How long can I take Oregano Oil for?

Are there any side effects that I should be aware of when taking Oregano Oil?
Oregano Oil is generally well tolerated. Some people report burping up an oregano taste in their mouth. If this is the case, take Digestive Enzyme Pro with the Oregano Oil and this should go away. Some people also may need to add Betaine and Pepsin to help prevent burping up Oregano Oil. If you experience loose stools from Oregano Oil, you can reduce the dose.
Who should avoid taking Oregano Oil?

Oregano Oil

I ordered this product for my gut and have noticed a huge difference in my gut health. I had forgotten about the benefits of Oregano Oil for sinus and the thought just occurred to me that my sinuses feel better, too. 👍

I've been taking this for almost a month now and my poops are better, my energy level is higher, I feel great all day and sleep better at night. I can feel my digestive system working! If that makes any sense!

SIBO rescue

If you have SIBO, this is the most effective treatment I’ve tried and even worked better than Xifaxan, which I took twice before with little relief. Dr. Rajsree’s protocol was the first to truly resolve my bloating and constipation!
