Allicidin is made from garlic oil and has several key bioactive compounds from garlic including allicin, diallyl sulfide, and ajoene.
It is used to treat Dysbiosis (gut microbiome disturbances), SIBO (Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth), SIFO (Small Intestine Fungal Overgrowth), and Candida (yeast overgrowth).
It may be quite effective for prevention or treatment of sinus infections and upper respiratory infections.

For Methane SIBO (Intestinal Methanogen Overgrowth) or SIFO, Allicidin should be taken 1 capsule after each meal, along with Berberine Pro and Oregano Oil. Constipation is often a sign that methane is present. When starting herbs for SIBO or SIFO, I recommend starting one new herb every few days to observe any reactions and allow your body to adjust. Taking Digestive Enzyme Pro along with your herbals can help reduce side effects when treating SIBO, SIFO and Candida.
SIBO and SIFO treatment with herbals is typically 4-6 weeks, then reassess your symptoms, and determine if further treatment is needed.

If you are treating SIBO or SIFO, it is really important to have good bowel movements daily. You can use Essential Magnesium (2-4 capsules) and Motility Activator (1-2 capsules) at bedtime to help your bowels.

I’ve suffered from aggressive histamine intolerance for years both food based and environmental and have taken Zyrtec daily and explored different elimination diets.
