 Watch Now

👋 Hello Friends!

Happy Valentine’s Day! 💖 In the spirit of both love and Heart Awareness Month, let’s talk about one of the most important muscles in your body—your heart! 🫀

Train in Your Target Heart Rate Zone

Want to strengthen your heart and boost cardiovascular endurance? Watch my short video where I break down how to calculate your Target Heart Rate Zone based on your age.

Cholesterol & Heart Disease: The Truth You Need to Know

Cholesterol is one of the most misunderstood topics in medicine. That’s why I created a comprehensive video to clarify what really matters when it comes to heart disease prevention.

Did you know? Cholesterol is essential for your body! However, traditional cholesterol tests don’t tell the whole story. In my video, I discuss why an Advanced Lipid Panel is far superior to the standard test, especially if you have high cholesterol.

Key markers to check:
✅ Small Dense LDL – More dangerous than large and fluffy LDL
✅ Oxidized LDL – "Rancid" LDL that increase your risk of plaque build up
✅ Apolipoprotein B – A genetic risk factor for heart disease
✅ Lipoprotein (a) – A genetic risk factor for heart disease
✅ Omega-3 Score – Reduces inflammation and protects against heart disease

🔍 Are you at risk? Learn how to calculate your 10-year risk of heart disease using the ASCVD Risk Calculator, and find out when a Coronary Artery Calcium Scan is necessary.

The Real ROOT Causes of Heart Disease

Beyond cholesterol, what’s really driving heart disease? Inflammation, insulin resistance, and gut microbiome imbalances all play a crucial role!

In this video, I also:
➡️ Discuss the pros and cons of statins—who really needs them?
➡️ Explain how statins impact mitochondrial function and why CoQ10 is essential
➡️ Break down the best and worst fats for heart health—should you eat eggs? 🥚 What about oatmeal? 🥣 Is saturated fat really bad? 🥩

🧡 Plus, discover the top natural supplements for lowering cholesterol safely and effectively.

The common ROOT causes of high blood pressure, including:

  • Chronic stress (high cortisol levels)

  • Sleep apnea & gut microbiome imbalances 🦠
  • Alcohol & caffeine overconsumption 🍺

My natural protocol includes:

  • The best foods for reducing blood pressure 🥬
  • The truth about salt—should you cut it or choose the right type?

Heart-Healthy Supplements

Want to take proactive steps to protect your heart? These are some of my favorite supplements for heart health:

✅ Omega-3 Fish Oil: Essential Fatty Acids that lowers inflammation (HS-CRP) and triglycerides
✅ CoQ10: A powerful antioxidant for your heart!
✅ Bergamot: A citrus fruit that has cholesterol-lowering and anti-inflammatory properties
✅ Red Yeast Rice: Significantly lowers LDL and is well tolerated
✅ Essential Magnesium: Relaxes blood vessels and important for healthy blood pressure
✅ Nitric Oxide Support: Natural supplement (L-Citrulline) for blood pressure
✅ Methyl B Complex: Promotes methylation to lower homocysteine, which lowers cardiovascular risk
