½ ripe avocado
1 frozen banana
¼ cup of walnuts
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
16 oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 pitted Medjool dates
2 drops of food-grade essential peppermint oil
¼ cup ice cubes
