Roasted Salmon and Broccoli


One of my favorite dinners is roasted salmon with basmati rice and roasted broccoli.

Season salmon and pop it in the oven:
1️⃣ Generously sprinkle salt & black pepper.
2️⃣ Add garlic powder
3️⃣ Toss in turmeric (anti-inflammatory & amazing color).
4️⃣ Paprika 
5️⃣ A touch of cumin for depth.
6️⃣ Drizzle with olive oil—done! Into the oven → 425°F for 15-20 minutes.

While that bakes, let’s roast some broccoli:
🔹 Chop it up.
🔹 Drizzle with olive oil.
🔹 Add salt & garlic powder.
🔹 Toss & bake at 425°F for 15-20 mins.

This meal is packed with protein, flavor, and nutrients. And the best part? It requires minimal effort.
