Chocolate Chip Cookies

Here’s a delicious lower-carb twist on classic chocolate chip cookies — soft, rich, and made with nourishing ingredients like almond flour, coconut oil, and macadamia nuts. Perfect for a treat!

Ingredients:

2 cups almond flour

½ tsp salt

1 Tbsp vanilla extract

⅛ cup coconut oil, melted

⅛ cup butter, melted

⅛ cup maple syrup

½ cup chopped dry-roasted salted macadamia nuts (or walnuts)

½ cup chocolate chips (or white chocolate chips)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F

In a bowl, mix the almond flour and salt evenly together. 

Add the vanilla extract, melted butter and coconut oil and maple syrup and mix together.

Fold in the chopped nuts and chocolate chips.

Scoop with an ice-cream scooper and use your hands to gently shape the dough into cookies.

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
