Calcium is important for bones, muscle recovery, and deep sleep.  You need calcium for most cellular functions in the body.  

Essential Calcium works well with Essential Magnesium for muscle recovery and a deep restorative night's sleep.

This is a combination of highly absorbable calciums for best absorption and bio-availability.

Take 1-2 capsules (along with 1-2 capsules of Essential Magnesium) at bedtime or after food.  You can adjust the amounts based on your bowel habits, keeping in mind that magnesium promotes bowel movements and calcium can be constipating.

Stronger bones

I started taking Dr. Rajsree's Calcium and Magnesium after seeing her video on Osteoporosis. My soreness after workouts has definitely lessened, and I feel stronger. I sleep through the night now without tossing and turning. Great to wake up well rested!

Best Calcium!

I was going through extensive dental work, and this Calcium helped me recover more quickly! Unlike many other calciums I have tried in the past, this calcium is easy to digest. I take it with Magnesium every night and my sleep has been amazing!
