L Glutamine is an amino acid that helps to heal the enterocytes (cells that line your intestines).  It also helps to repair any mucosal injury in the GI tract by sealing and repairing the tight junctions between the enterocytes. It is used to heal Leaky Gut.

L Glutamine is also good for muscle growth and strength. It serves as a substrate for protein synthesis and muscle repair.

Suggested Dose: 1-2 scoops (3-6 grams) mixed with a glass of water on an empty stomach first thing in the morning for gut healing. You can take it at the same time as your probiotic.  Probiotic 100 Billion or Probiotic 225 billion are two popular options.
