FINALLY A PROBIOTIC WITH NO FOS OR PREBIOTIC...........

This probiotic is excellent but I had to look high and low to find one that had good probiotic strains in it and NO PREBIOTIC. Prebiotic is a starchy sugar that feeds fungus. It causes bloating, constipation and feeds all bacteria, regardless of what they say that it only feeds good bacteria. The food we eat IS the prebiotic. If I wanted a prebiotic I would buy one otherwise when I shop for a probiotic that is what I want. ALL PROBIOTIC.
