Hi Friends,
Did you know that over 2 million women worldwide have breast implants? It’s the most popular cosmetic surgery among women, often performed for aesthetic reasons or breast reconstruction after mastectomy when treating breast cancer.
While many women are satisfied with their implants, there is a subset that develops a mysterious and debilitating condition known as Breast Implant Illness (BII).
Women with BII experience a constellation of symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, joint pain, skin rashes, hair loss, and dry eyes. They often see multiple specialists and are misdiagnosed with conditions like fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression, IBS, or autoimmune diseases. Some end up on medications for these various diagnoses.
Thanks to growing awareness on social media, more women are recognizing the signs of BII, now recognized as a true clinical entity as supported by the medical literature.
The hallmark of this condition? Symptoms often improve significantly after implant removal.
In my latest video, I review the science and pathophysiology of BII, including:
✅ Immune system activation against a foreign body
✅ Silicone migration & gel bleed
✅ Biofilms & heavy metal exposure
✅ Capsular contracture & autoimmunity
I also explain why explantation along with removal of the entire capsule (total capsulectomy) is essential for recovery.
Best of all, I review my holistic strategy for detoxification and healing after explantation. This includes an anti-inflammatory diet, key supplements, gut healing strategies, and lifestyle habits.
Additionally, the FDA has updated screening guidelines for women with implants. Even if you’re feeling fine, I encourage you to watch this video to understand how implants can change over time and why regular surveillance is crucial to detect issues like silent rupture.
Please share this with a friend or loved one who has implants—it could be life-changing information.
My hope is that this video reaches women throughout the world who may be suffering from this mysterious condition.

Do you enjoy something crispy and salty that dissolves easily in your mouth?
I have a great solution for you! Instead of potato chips, try some homemade kale chips! This recipe makes kale enjoyable for the whole family!
It's a great way to eat more of this superfood!
1 bunch kale
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
1) It's best to wash the kale leaves in advance and let it dry, or pat dry with a towel. The leaves need to be 100% dry to really crisp up.
2) Remove the thick fibrous inner vein from each leaf and cut into large bite-sized "chips"
3) Sprinkle with the olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
4) Use your hands to massage the ingredients into the leaves evenly.
5) Place on a baking tray and make sure the leaves are spread out in a single layer. You may need 2 baking trays.
Bake at 425 F for 7 minutes or until perfectly crisp and slightly brown on the edges. Enjoy immediately while it lasts!
Note: If you're on a SIBO diet, you can still enjoy this, just omit the garlic powder, or use garlic-infused olive oil instead.
I have exciting news! 🎉 I've compiled all my recipes in one place on my online store, where you can easily access them anytime! Here's the link:
