One of my favorite brain-boosting meals is baked wild salmon with vegetables for dinner. The recipe below is super quick and easy to make, and quite flavorful! It's a great anti-inflammatory meal full of omega 3 fatty acids, quality protein, fiber, and antioxidants for optimal mental clarity!
Defrost Frozen Wild Alaskan Salmon
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Place salmon fillets in a glass baking dish.
Sprinkle each salmon fillet with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
Drizzle with olive oil to keep the fillets moist.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Serve with freshly sautéed vegetables and basmati rice.
