Chicken Meatloaf + Sauteed Veggies!

Chicken Meatloaf Ingredients:

2 lbs organic ground chicken
6 tablespoons almond flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 onion diced
4 garlic cloves through press
1/2 cup fresh Italian Parsely, finely chopped
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Mix all ingredients together, place in glass baking dish and bake at 425 F for 30 min.

Meanwhile, saute some zucchini and carrots with a little olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.

When the meatloaf is done, top with some marinara sauce and some freshly chopped basil.
