With all the summer heat, avocado 🥑 lime popsicles are the perfect afternoon treat! Packed with healthy fats and the flavors of key lime pie, your whole family will love it!  Don't miss the recipe below ⬇️

Avocado Lime Popsicles

2 ripe avocados
1 can of coconut milk
3 tablespoons of maple syrup
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
zest of 1 lime
pinch of Himalayan salt

Blend all the ingredients in a high-power blender.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
