Do you need help digesting proteins?  Does your stomach have enough hydrochloric acid and pepsin to break down and absorb proteins?  

Taking Betaine with Pepsin after a meal with protein may help you better digest and absorb the protein in your diet.

Burping and belching after meals is often a clue that you might have low stomach acid (achlorhydria).

If low stomach acid is your problem, correcting it with Betaine and Pepsin can make a significant difference in your absorption of proteins, leading to improved hair growth, stronger nails, and much more.

It can also help in treating and preventing Dysbiosis, Candida (yeast) overgrowth, SIBO (Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth), and SIFO (Small Intestine Fungal Overgrowth).

It can improve the digestion of food, leading to less bloating.

If you experience NO burning after taking it (after food), this means you NEED It and you are not making enough stomach acid on your own.

If you experience some burning after taking it (after food), this means you DON'T NEED it, and that you are making enough stomach acid on your own.  You can reverse any burning by drinking a glass of water with 1/4 tsp baking soda.

Digest proteins better

This has been life changing for me. I guess I had low stomach acid all this time and my gastro doctor was telling me to take antacids! My bloating and phlegm in my throat are completely gone!

Amazing for bloating!

I would always have a hard time digesting meat and felt bloated and heavy after meals. I came across Dr. Rajsree's blog on stomach acid and decided to try this betaine. All I can say is Wow! This Betaine changed my digestion! I take 2 after every meal now.

SIBO Game Changer

Wow, it works!
